Volunteer Application
We are so glad you’re considering becoming a volunteer with Graffiti 2 Community Ministries. Graffiti 2 Community Ministries seeks to revitalize, revive, and revolutionize the Mott Haven neighborhood of the South Bronx and beyond by enabling individuals to develop physically, mentally (revitalization), emotionally, socially, and spiritually (revival) so that they may become servant-leaders within their families, community, and beyond (revolution).
This mission is accomplished through the following year-round programs.

We work with volunteers to determine how they can best fit into the programs we offer based on their availability, interest, gifts and the needs of our organization.
Please thoroughly read through the steps below before beginning the application so you understand all that is required to complete your registration, and to make sure you have the appropriate expectation regarding the entire process.
- Complete application, background check, and three references.
- Interview—If your application is approved, you will be scheduled for a face-to-face interview. During the interview you will be asked questions about the answers you provided on your application. We will also share with you our Code of Conduct.
- Training—training includes policies and procedures for working in Graffiti 2 programs.
- Covenant—the covenant will outline your role, schedule of involvement, term of service and our expectations of your volunteer service.
Graffiti 2 Community Ministries will handle your information with the utmost care and privacy. We want you to be as authentic as possible when filling out our applications; answering truthfully no matter how difficult the question may be.
